Those who are alergic or dont like cats tend to no look at them directly. Those that do tend to look directly with wide eyes. cats interpet the wide eyes as a threat and thus avoid it. The more 'demure' you are around a cat, the more comfortable the cat will be around you. This mainly relates to a first time meeting between cats and humans. Who can say after the relation has been going for a while. Sieldan, who was woken up by a cat sitting on his chest staring him.
