They employ me as an engineer - not a paper-shuffler, I hate that s**t.

Also I forgot to say that they have now brought in a Daily Report where we have to fill in what we did today, and the status of that work to prove that we are doing something to make money for the company. - I only make money for the company when I'm at a customer site, but because the boss want's me to do a new database for him, I'm stuck in the office and so it looks like I'm not valuable to the company. At least the General manager is on my side, he knows how good an engineer I am !
