Dumb question: by breezeblock 2003-02-06 03:13:25
Could anyone please describe the offence of "jaywalking"? Prefferably with an example.

There is talk of local councils in the UK being able to enforce Jaywalking as a byelaw but I cant seem to find out exactly what it is (tho' it's prolly another way to tax us).
