When it's raining or snowing or foggy, and you're driving a grey car, wouldn't it seem a good idea to turn on SOME form of marker lights? So many times I've nearly lost it on the road in a storm because of some wahoo in a road-coloured car with no lights turns out to be in front of me -- obviously didn't order the optional taillights.
