If assisted suicide were legal, he would of been able to get his affairs in order, go down to the clinic, and die with dignity with the support of those he loved. And who knows, perhaps the poor pirate didn't actually kill himself. Maybe he'll just be braindead for the rest of his life, a drain to loved ones and society alike, all of which could have been avoided if assisted suicide were legal. How can society not see the obvious good of assisted suicide and the obvious evil of guns? |
