As a fellow Canberran, I would like to offer my sympathies to any UFies and others who have lost their homes in the horrific fires recently.

I would also like to deliver the message that no matter how safe you think your house is from bushfire/other natural disasters, the situation can completely change in a matter of minutes. Always know where your irreplacable photos and memories are so that you can run with them when you have to.
