I actually got used to it pretty fast. It just seems to me as if they just don't care. As if they wouldn't be hurt if another car crashes into them. When I go slow(er) I always try to be polite and stay out of the way. It's not as if I hadn't driven a car that almost didn't reach 80 km/h for years...
