Or do you just ignore them?

I drive about 900 km every (other) weekend and (almost) every time I have to do an emergency breaking maneuver going from about 200 km/h down to about 80 km/h because some dimwit shoots into my lane right in front of me.
Not speaking about unhealthy adrenaline doses, don't they have any driving schools any more?
What about common sense or plain old survival instinct?
