Huh? All you do is look at the manual for the board. It says that it supports Duron x-yMhz and Athlon z-aMhz. If it doesnt support that processor you can return it. In the years that I have been building systems (over 700 that I can see offhand) I have never once had to look up R/c values for any processor. They are all rated at a voltage. You board either supports or doesn't support that voltage. Its simple =)

Then again, checking the ATX/uATX/fATX form factor is definatly a good thing =)
