that knowing some US prices would help you to knwo whether you were getting ripped locally or not tho.

As for specifics in a MB, I hope you're looking at htelayout of hte board too. I mean, you can rig up the Via KT400 chipset to a SocketA with all kinds of neat features, but unless you know what electrical resistance needs to be on each line and what capacitors needs to handle what kind of AC noise, you'll still be screwed...
