good friend Larry Niven, was that Bradbury, Clarke and Hubbard were discussing the nature of cults and religions. Hubbard stated that he could start a cult based on pure psycho-babble (altho they didn't have that word at the time), which would fit all of the criteria of a religion. He further stated that if it were accepted, it would flourish and make him a rich man. A year later, he published "Dianetics". And the marching morons began lining up....
