I would never stop NK from buying food, medicine and things of "normal use" from anybody. Also selling ore or any natural resource to anybody would be OK with me. But in the case of NK we are talking about something like trading SCUD-missles (terror weapons against civilians) for uranium (to make even more deadly terror weapons). That cant be right. You can not walk into a shop to buy a "Stinger" missle and try to pay with drugs, can you?
