that there is an international entity (the UN) which acts like a republic w. respect to its member nations. In short, which acts like a nation.

If you want to go through all of the steps that nations had to take in order to enforce laws, and how individuals were handled when they weren't citizens, then I don't have the time to develop that in detail. I will just say this: When a person refuses to accept the authority of a nation's laws, even if that person is not a citizen of said nation, that is anarchy.

All nations on this Earth of ours exist in the community of nations that have formed the UN and respect its authority. To not respect this authority, even if you have not signed up and agreed to it is an act of anarchy.
