America wasn't just founded on individual rights, and that certainly wasn't the reason for most of our military conflicts. We usually went to war to secure our place in the world (Spanish-American War), and that is what NK is doing now.

NK is refusing to bend its knee to the "masters", it is resisting for the sake of resistance. And even if you don't like it, you have to respect their cajones.
