I was just as bad. by Naruki 2003-01-13 09:47:54
But lately I've been working on it so I don't look a total boob in the dojo. I'm now able to stretch my legs sideways more than 90 degrees apart. For some reason, I can do this while standing and leaning over. If I'm sitting, my legs don't spread quite as far, and if I lie back while doing it, I experience great pain until they get even closer together. I _really_ have a long way to go before I can kick higher than my opponent's shins. ;-)
