And even though I'm not on the phones anymore, I always read back things out of habit, just to make sure. It's amazing how many people don't do that, especially when getting a confirmation number or something else important. Some would get annoyed when they would pay for their trips and I would repeat back their credit card number. Yet you know these are the same people who would be mad as you know what when they lost their tickets due to an incorrect credit card and the ticket price changes. Or they would call and give a confirmation number TCBDZV and get annoyed when I would request words for the letters because it all sounds the same on the telephone. Or when they were giving their last name and I would ask F as in Frank or S as in Sally as if I was an idiot. Gotta love people. An endless source of amusement.
