total horse hockey to me... at least if they are really claiming what they seem to infer, which is that effective transfer rates (BW) over a conventional modem are ~5x faster. So this software can convince not only the local hardware, but also the hardware at the other end of the link (ISP modem rack) to go ~5x faster. That's some powerful software, but I guess you gotta get something from 3/4 million lines of code written by a 16 year old!
I'd bet this is really a matter of caching of some kind. Anyone remember "push" technology? It just about brought our systems to a grinding halt...
