Which game? No, this is RL! My SO isn't too good at hiding the chocolates. She runs into the bedroom, but I can hear exactly which drawer or bag she is opening as each makes a different sound.
I re-hid them. As is my evil way, they are in plain sight. I must say I've outdone myself this time though as I've hidden the chocolates in .... a chocolate tin! It's an old one that has been lying around the bookshelf for months. I don't know which is better, chocolate or being a meanie. Now I will feed her the occasional chocolate (as she does to me at other times) and she will rip apart the appartment but never find them.

My SO ducked out to meet her boss, who decided to pop down from Shanghai at 8:30PM! On the up side, he just eliminated her main competitor by closing them down (her main competitor was the shop that had the regional contract before her) so the can't undercut her by selling at-cost to try to drive her out of business because they can't get the goods anymore. Not the goods she sells, only the inferior local product which she knows very well as she used to sell that until she got sick of THAT boss ripping her (and all the staff) off and went into direct competition with him (and HIS boss was very upset, since she was their best salesperson by an order of magnitude).
