Our uni (along with all the others) feeds through the main one in the city (that being Northeast University). I'm only guessing what and why. But it is mighty frustrating. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if it is Windows98 with some badly-written custom DNS system since the internet censorship here is implimented at the domain level.
