Destroy as much of the population as you can. Put LSD in all water supplies, poison the food and release volumes of neuro toxins into as many mass transit locations as possible. When the authorities try to clean up the mess start targeting them.Booby trap rescue and ambulance vehicals as well as police cars. Destroy everything. Contaminate food sources like buuter and milk whilst releasing pamphlets that blame it all on the government. When people protest against whats going on; Bomb them as well. Then step forward with some ethnic person as a scapegoat, claim that you captured them and that if you have control you will stop the madness overnight (which you obviously will) Stage a second wave of attacks after the initial following and then kwell that as well. Now you are proven, and in power. Grant yourself part time liberties over all rights (untill this confusion has passed) but make sure that you never say that you'd ever release these powers. After that it should be pretty easy. Have fun.. don't eat the salmon mouse
