Downloading Debian - your thoughts please by mcnutcase2003-01-13 02:21:38
  Well... by GreyArea 2003-01-13 03:21:21
I used Jigdo to download debian on my windows machine so I could burn the ISO's.

It basically first downloads a file list and then uses wget to get all the files. - so really it's just a scripted version of wget.

Jigdo will keep retrying to download all files as long as it is running so I just left it over the weekend and when I came back on monday I had the ISO's on my HD. :-)
