If I come on to a board and find a TLP saying I haven't moderated something, I have hours of posts to go through and it can take a while before I discover the problem. If it's pointed out in-line, then it's much easier to find.

Also, three TLPs is a bit overkill. If you didn't want to draw attention to it then that's the wrong way to go about it. If none of the moderators are on-line, then posting it over and over does not help and just makes other people go looking. No, there are no scripts. We do everything through basic reading through the board with our own two eyes.
