especially if you're in a small town environment. I remember when I was in middle school the children from the "elite" small town families would always pick on other kids. This was because for whatever reason, school administration officals wouldn't do anything out of some undying fear of the people who had as many as four generations in the town. We never got it to stop until all of us weaker kids banded agasint them and really "taught them a lesson" (and got suspended for doing the same thing that was being done to us).
