In Sweden we don't use gas, only electricity and central heating (distributed as hot water from a Heat Plant or a wood or oil burning bolier in the building...). And as I said, I did bring a smoke detector when I moved in. I just feel that 3 is a bit overkill, thats all... And it feels like a waste of money to install another detector within 1 m from the one already there. Since my rent was just raised ~10$/month I have to wonder how the company are spending that money...
