fire alarm systems... at the Ellingson Hall, where many Deaf students live, there are strobe lights in every room... 12 floors, 10 windows per floor... all strobing in series... it would be a sight to behold if it wasn't the 3rd or fourth time in the middle of the night, on one night... during december... winter in Rochester is NOT fun...
