...down 17 floors (elevators to my SO's office were out and she needed to get the device to the customer by end-of-day to make the sale). Then up 3 floors to the customer's home. The customer thought I was a foreign engineer and was very impressed that my SO's company sends out foreign engineers to assist in installation!
