This is terribly frustrating for me :) by slayer 2003-01-04 21:31:17
but why did God want "an event that would change everything"?

I know I sound like a little kid with all of my "whys", and it is possible you don't know. I would completely accept the response of "who are we to judge why God planned it this way", but if you have an answer, I would like to know it.

And trust me, I would not hold an "I don't know" against you. I'm still a Theist (no "a"), because I feel there is a Greater Power out there giving us purpose, but I don't dare venture to guess Its nature or plan.
