Heh, terminology crossover. What I know as tacos are brittle and preshaped into a U. You also get them as triangular chips (idea for dipping - think Doritos (TM)), which are sometimes confusingly labelled "tortilla" chips instead. Ouch. =)

But yeah, that folding design keeps the contents of your tortilla in. Unless you've got cheap and nasty toritllas that tear.
