Try running it using Exult instead of the original engine; see here. It uses SDL (see link at bottom of download page) and has scalers that tries to make everything look better at higher resolutions. (Or, use the pixel scaler). Runs under Windows / Linux / etc; needs the original data files (e.g., off the Complete Ultima CD) Poor OSI... I guess they're dead already, but still...
