You will nead a backing dish large enough to put the chops in, a pork chop, a fennel and a clove of garlic per person, some olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Peel the garlic and cut it in two lengthways and take out the middle bit(the one that would sprout if you left it).
Spike the chop with garlic and salt and pepper it.
Rough cut the fennel into bits about 1/2 an inche square and pack the chop(s) with it. Sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon and then some olive oil.
Bake at 140C (about 300F) for an hour.
