effective but impractical as: a)They dont let us own anything more powerful than an air-rifle or a shotgun in the UK (and neither can be used to defend yourself with). b)Killing someone for vandalism is a tad harsh. Breaking every bone in their foot with a hammer is far more appealing and less permanent! Not that banning firearms makes any difference to the criminals. This happened outside the ground of my local football club on new years eve. Way to go Tony! make it illegal to own handguns so that wnen the drug gangs break into your house to steal your stuff they can shoot you, safe in the knowledge you aint gonna shoot back!
