ARS timestamps are in the form YY/MM/DD. I'd personally love to see YYYY/MM/DD, especially at times like now when I'm still getting used to '03' representing the year, and all the numbers are small... I can't help feeling that there's some other problem with your argument as well, but I can't quite put my finger on it.
