What I'm trying to say (albeit probably unclearly due to lack of sleep) is that I think it's right to take a person/company to court for breach of contract, because in that case someone's rights have been violated. But *that* is as far as it should go. I don't think that any use of economic power--even if it *does* have adverse effects on other companies or on consumers--qualifies as a violation of someone's rights. I think all antitrust laws should be repealed, and I don't think "anticompetitive business practices" should be illegal. And right now I'm going to bed but if anybody's up for a debate later, I'll put a thread in my diary...
