a piece of paper here... Metro, Bellevue, UNO, Creighton (if you're rich)... and others. And the piece of paper can be a certification, not a degree. I know that there are quite a few programmers at West Interactive without a full degree. They're taking classes or other stuff to show that it's coming. Pay is entry level tho'.... and you have to learn CLASS (proprietary IVR programming language) or TCL (eek).
