Peanut Butter and Jelly and sandwich meats and what not come out to about 20$ a day.
One little package of that sandwitch meat stuff is 2.50$. You can get a thing of like, 10 slices of salami for 8$, and bread is about 2$/loaf (not that it matters, there's absolutely nothing in it if you read th nutritional info).. Cheese is 10$ per block. I forget the wieght, but it's roughly 4 inches by 4 inches by 8 inches.
And yes, cost of living here _is_ a ripoff. But sinec the entire state is that way and not just one chain or store, the option of free market won't shut it down.
(option of free market means that people decide not to pay the price and then the company eventually goes out of business, or they opt to pay it and hte company grows) |
