So we've reached an agreement. We'll section Alaska off as a chunk of reserved land in the North American continent, and do a government funded relocation of every citizen here. It's expensive to live here, and getting the hell off this rock is even more expensive. It's not like hte states where you can sell everything you own and get enough money to buy a plane ticket. Reimburse the citizenry who own land by giving them comparible land somewhere else, or giving them cash compensation.
