Once I had done everything, I didn't even bother defeating the final boss until a year ago because I always dread the ending. While the ending isn't too significant, you ended at a bad spot. If you had finished that quest, you would have gotten another tear jerking scene as Locke attempts to bring back his beloved.
I would purchase the game just to have it in my collection. It is a really beautiful game (opera scene, Cyan's loss, and many more such moments come to mind) and I admit it brought a tear to my eye on an occasion. But if you just want it for the final boss battle, don't bother. |
