If all you want is gaming speed/graphics, both cards will do fine. If you want what is implied by the addition of the All-in-Wonder card (or is that a third choice? My impression from how it's phrased is that it is to be put in along with one of the other two.), namely TV I/O and video editing, then definitely go ATI. Nvidia isn't even close.
