computer problem... by thedefunctmunky 2002-12-29 13:18:15
i just upgraded my main computer from an athlon 1.4 to a 2100+. the motherboard is an msi KT266 pro and i have one stick of Crucial RAM in it. My problem is when i started it up for the first time, nothing displayed on the screen. I reset the bios and it posted and i restored default bios settings. i can get to my bootloader fine, but when i restart, nothing displays on the screen. even a simple change like in the boot device will display nothing on the screen at the next reboot. i am stumped with this, and msi is not open right now. any suggestions?
