hmmm... actually... by sketcher 2002-12-29 00:33:58
from my experiances of riding a segway, i think that if you put small rockets on the underside of the platform, and not like super feirce rockets..., but sort of wussy ones, just enough to provide some decent force and not scrape the ground, you could get a bit of a nice speed boost without launching into a distant mesa type thing

i dont know if the gyroscope dealybobs could keep up with the speed that the wheels are spinning, but i think the rider could compensate by leaning in the opposite of whatever direction the segway tilts
