NetBSD Pcmcia... by cmantito 2002-12-27 18:15:39
I've got a laptop of a friend's, it's 486 at 75 mhz with 8 megs of ram and a 250 meg harddisk. He wants to install Linux with X, and someone reccomended NetBSD. Does anyone know which version I should use, and if that version can install by booting from a floppy, and using a pcmcia network card to FTP a computer inside the house?

Thanks
Cmantito
