Pure Cap would be around a 12 on that scale, and Endorphin Rush is an 8 or thereabouts. They've both got a good flavor, but since you're not looking for "evil" then you don't need either. I forget who makes it, but I had something called "____'s Hell Sauce" once that, while not hot at all, impressed me with its taste. I just forgot what fills in the blank.
