While the other nuclear nations may seem to be LESS trustworthy, the fact remains that only the USofA has unleashed nuclear weaponry upon another nation. Only US.

And given episodes like the deliberate radiation poisoning experiments on its own populace, I may make an argument that the US is less trustworthy with weapons of mass destruction than some others, if not the majority of them.

I do understand there are 'worse' governments out there (subjective term really), but very few that have both the capabilites and the arsenal that the US currently possess.
