The Inuit languages have their own alphabet that does not come with most computers. And I have no idea how the proper pronounciation sounds as the language is very slurred to a western ... well WHITE GUY actually... ear. What I wrote IS the phonetic spelling. The translation is BIG ISLAND. I like the town of Uqsuqtuq (Gjoa Haven). Translates into "Lots of Blubber".
