anything is for certain. At least not until the crypto is solved! And even then, sometimes the hints are still obscure! ;) If you compare the wrong crypto that was first posted with this corrected version, it would appear that the line breaks are arbitrary. I think the lower case b is a seperator and the upper case letters, TBLR stand for Top, Bottom, Left and Right. Where to go from here, I don't know. And keep in mind, I could be wrong with everything I've stated ....
