If you had paid any attention to his previous posts, you would knoe that ozanbaba is not only not from the South, and not from the US, but also not a native English speaker. Snapping at him for not complying your particular local rules of etiquette is what was rude and uncalled for. Give him a chance to learn the language before you attack him for failing to live up to the finer points of etiquette.
