But you won't know it til you spend some time with them. Whereas new money likes to wear the flashy clothes, drive flashy cars, and buy silly expensive items like gold toilets. For example: a simple yet luxurious and elegant Mercedes owned by the old money as opposed to a flashy Navigator with gold rims and strange pinstriping that just screams "I am driving a pricey car". I hate to sound stereotypical, but in my hometown, drug dealers and pimps tend to drive flashy cars and wear flashy clothes. As if they need to brag about their money.
