I know their human rights situation is terrible but in general I don't belive in any country actively taking part in terrorism without a cause. They may support those terrorist organizations because of money or resources they get, but not for fun of it. I think US is and has been safe from North Korean terrorists. Peace talks between north and south had been progressing quite well.

On the other hand US supports many military organizations whose aim is to throw current legistlation out of "unfriendly" countries. What must an independent country do to prevent this kind of "evil" from happening. It must become so strong that it can negotiate on even or at least nearly even level. Nuclear threat is one of the most powerful cards in this game. Once nuclear weapon is used it's no more threat.

Using other countrys miserable state as leverage is also questionable. When economy is so bad that there is no food then any help in any terms is acceptable, but the threat of US trying to throw out current rulers in North Korea didn't go away. So North Korea must prepare for that. Unfortunately.

Again I'm not defending North Korea but I'm just saying things are not as black and white as you make it look like. Maybe you don't understand that US has ability to bring small country on it's knees without resorting to "illegal" acts. Just block some trade here and there, that's all. How can this kind of threat be eliminated? What to do when it happens? Sell goods to terrorists or starve completely?

Back to the original question. Should US bomb one facility down? If that solved whole issue then I don't see any problem. Unfortunately until attitude towards North Korea is changed there isn't many options left for it's leaders. North Korea must become strong enough so that it cannot be bullied around like that. New facility comes, more equipment is sold to terrorists, bitterness grows... good for US?
