...I'm saying that the reason to keep people safe and secure is to keep the economy going and alive. Wall Street runs this country, and to be honest the business sector runs every country it's in. Money (the economy) is the real blood of a nation. That's all I'm saying. In the end, money is the prime motivator for everything, including foreign policy. I'm just sick of people who say that the U.S. is compassionate and has has big hearts. It's not true, folks. We have big wallets and keen business and marketing minds. That's all. We just pretend that we're great folks because it makes us feel better.
