We could tell them that a few cruise missiles would be coming if the plants didn't by a certain deadline, and it would then be Korea's fault if the left civilians in the facility. North Korea has nothing to sanction. All of their food comes as gifts from other country's and that food is usually hijacked by the military. If we stop the food, the damn peace activists will blame us like they blame us for the starvation in Iraq. We can't win.
